Shuliy’s screw flight forming machine is designed to form steel plates or strips into spiral flights for screw conveyors, augers, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, and other industrial applications. We offer two main types: single-piece spiral flight forming machines and continuous spiral blade forming machines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The single-piece models cover processing diameters from approximately 400\u20131400 mm and pitch ranges from 100\u20131500 mm, while the continuous models cover outer diameters from 40\u2013800 mm and pitch ranges of 50\u2013800 mm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the model, the machines can process carbon steel, stainless steel, and wear-resistant plates with thicknesses from 2 mm to 30 mm. Similar single-flight and continuous-flight equipment is also commonly used for screw conveyor and auger flight production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The single-piece spiral flight forming machine forms individual circular steel blanks into spiral flights. It is particularly suitable when customers need large-diameter, thick, customized, or heavy-duty screw flights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The available models cover a wide range of specifications. The 250-12 model supports carbon steel up to 12 mm, while the larger 350-25 and 800-25 models can process carbon steel up to 25 mm. Stainless steel and wear-resistant plate capacities vary by model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
