Customer Requirements for Egg Tray Manufacturing in Cyprus
The Cyprus customer planned to produce paper egg trays from recycled waste paper and needed a complete production solution with stable output and easy operation.
After evaluating the customer’s production goals and factory layout, we recommended a complete egg tray production line consisting of:
- Paper pulping machine
- Pulp lifting conveyor
- 4×4 egg tray forming machine
- Two box-type egg tray dryers
- Multiple drying carts and metal drying trays
- Supporting pumps, pipes, and electrical control systems
The selected 4×4 egg tray machine has a production capacity of 2,500–3,000 pieces per hour, making it ideal for medium-scale egg tray manufacturing.
On-Site Installation and Pulp Pool Construction
After all equipment arrived at the customer’s factory, Shuliy engineers traveled to Cyprus to supervise the installation process.
One of the key tasks was constructing the pulp storage and water circulation pools according to the engineering drawings agreed upon before shipment. These pools play an essential role in the pulping and recycling process, ensuring stable pulp supply throughout production.
Based on the factory layout, the engineers guided local workers in building the pulp tanks and arranging the piping system to achieve efficient material circulation.
Complete Equipment Assembly and Commissioning
Following the completion of the infrastructure work, our engineers installed and connected all major equipment.
Pulping System Installation
The pulping machine and storage tanks were assembled first. The pumps, pipelines, and mixing components were carefully adjusted to ensure smooth pulp preparation and transportation.
Egg Tray Forming Machine Setup
The 4×4 egg tray forming machine was then installed and connected to the air compressor and vacuum system. The engineering team conducted multiple test runs to optimize forming quality, tray thickness, and production efficiency.
Box Dryer Installation
Two box-type drying machines were assembled and tested to ensure uniform drying performance. The drying carts and mesh trays were also arranged to maximize production efficiency and simplify daily operation.
Worker Training and Production Guidance
In addition to equipment installation, our engineers provided practical training for the customer’s operators.
The training covered:
- Equipment operation procedures
- Daily maintenance methods
- Production troubleshooting
- Mold replacement techniques
- Safety management practices
After several days of training and trial production, the customer’s team was able to independently operate the entire egg tray production line.
