How does the small copper wire granulator work?
Feed scrap cables into the equipment, where they are shredded into copper granules and plastic fragments. The material is transported via a high-pressure blower or conveyor to the separation section of the copper wire granulator.
Dust on the material is drawn through ducts into the dust collector. The crushed material is separated through airflow and vibrating screen action.
Copper granules and plastic fragments exit through separate outlets, with small vibrating screens positioned at both the inlet and outlet of the equipment.
Secondary separation of the separated materials enhances the quality of the recovered materials.
