The pneumatic vertical garlic peeling machine (also known as the dry pneumatic garlic peeler) operates on the core principle of utilizing high-pressure airflow (Requires a compatible air compressor) impact combined with rotational friction against the material.

Within a sealed vertical chamber, it achieves the dry separation of garlic skins from cloves—a process conducted entirely without the addition of water and resulting in minimal damage to the garlic.

The machine body is constructed from 304 stainless steel; however, it can also be manufactured using carbon steel upon request (as a cost-saving measure).
